Sunday Dinner Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) fryer, boiled and boned (save some stock)
    4 c. cornbread, crumbled (I make my cornbread, but you may use bought cornbread crumbs)
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped celery, sauteed
    1 can chicken and rice soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except boned chicken to desired consistency.
    (I leave my mixture rather loose to keep moist when baked.)
    Pour into greased baking dish. Add boned chicken and press into mixture.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 to desired thickness and brownness.
