Granny'S Sunday Dinner Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. fresh chicken strips
    1 c. flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs, beaten
    hot skillet with 2 c. oil
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix buttermilk and eggs together. Wash chicken and drain. Sprinkle with flour. Dip chicken in buttermilk mix. Fork chicken 1 piece at a time and drop in flour mixture. Take out and drop in hot oil just until chicken is brown. Take out and put single layer on cookie sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. It's good enough for the preacher!
