Rehearsal Dinner Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 chicken breast halves, skinned, boned and halved again if too large to be wrapped in beef slice
1 (4 oz.) jar chipped beef, rinsed in cold water and drained (if very salty, rinse with boiling water)
12 slices bacon
2 c. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. sherry or white wine
paprika
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Wrap each breast section in a slice of chipped beef, then wrap with bacon.
Lay them in an oblong baking dish sprayed with Pam.
Mix sour cream, soup and sherry.
Pour over chicken.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake covered 90 minutes. Uncover and bake another 30 minutes.
Serve with white rice and green beans almondine.
