Season steak medallions with salt and black
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the flank steak and cook for 5-6 minutes per side for medium rare, longer if desired. Remove the steak from the skillet and keep warm.
Add the onion and garlic to the pan drippings and saute for 3 minutes. Add the tomatoes and oregano and bring to a boil.
Lower the heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the vinegar and olives and simmer for 3 minutes. Add the sugar and cook for 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve the steak with the sauce.
Take chuck steak and cut into pieces to fit in saucepan.
Mix tomatoes with garlic, oregano, salt and pepper to taste.
Pour a little tomato mixture on the bottom of pan.
Place steak and rest of tomato sauce in pan.
Cover and cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, over low heat, until steak is tender.
Serve over macaroni.
Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Trim fat from steak.
Place in a shallow glass baking dish with plenty of space around meat.
In a bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients.
Spread over steak.
Bake uncovered for 45 minutes to one hour, until steak is tender.
Slice at an angle and serve with tomato sauce from pan.
This tastes great with roasted potatoes.

Heat 1/2 tbsp oil in a frying pan over high heat. Season steaks. Cook for 1-2 mins per side, or until cooked to your liking. Cover with foil and set aside to rest.
Reduce heat to medium and add remaining oil. Saute garlic for 30 seconds. Add tomatoes and simmer for 5-10 mins, until thickened. Add basil and sugar. Season.

Slice the onion and peel the garlic.
Remove the steak from the pan and reduce heat to medium.
Add the onion and garlic and cook for about one minute.
Add the hot cherry peppers, if desired, and then the tomato paste.
Roughly chop or squeeze the tomatoes and add to the pan along with the spices.
Bring to a boil, put the steak back in the pan. Cover and lower to a simmer.
Cook for 1 1/2 hours until extremely tender.
In medium saucepan, combine steak, oil, parsley, salt, pepper, tomatoes, water and garlic.
Cook over medium-low heat for approximately 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cook pasta according to directions on package; drain.
Pour sauce over pasta. Garnish with steak and Parmesan cheese.

While flank steak is partially frozen, slice into 1/4 x 2-inch strips. Allow to completely thaw.

Simmer, covered, for 1 hour, adding water if liquid boils off. Add mushrooms and wine. Continue to simmer until mushrooms are cooked. Serve with white rice.

Cut steak into 4 serving pieces.
Dredge in flour mixed with salt.
Place in Crock Pot. Add chopped vegetables and Worcestershire sauce. Pour tomato sauce over meat and vegetables. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours or on high 4-5 hours.
Just before serving, sprinkle with grated cheese.
NOTE: Recipe may be doubled for 5-quart Crock Pot. Cook the maximum time.
