Meanwhile, in a saucepan mix together the cream, chili flakes, lemon juice, basil, parsley and paprika. Gently heat through on the stove, season to taste, then pour over the salmon.
Mix all ingredients in a sauce pan, stir consistantly over medium heat until blended and heated through.
Pour over grilled or baked salmon.
