Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. salmon
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Drain salmon (save liquor for sauce).
    Remove bones and break into small pieces.
    Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Form loaf and bake in 8 1/2-inch loaf pan at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes, until lightly brown.
    Turn on platter and serve with Salmon Sauce.
