Add meat, then potatoes.
Prepare brown gravy mix and pour around hash.
In medium nonstick skillet, cook the turkey and onions over medium heat about 5 minutes or until the turkey is no longer pink and the onions are tender.
Stir occasionally.
Add the potatoes. Cook and stir for 2 to 3 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. Stir in the cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, sage, thyme and pepper.

Line a big picnic cooler with a food grade plastic bag.
Boil water and salt together until all salt is dissolved and cool in fridge several hours.
Wash turkey inside and out and place into cooler. Add your optional add-ins to the cooled brine and cover turkey with ice and pour brine over all. Let turkey brine overnight making sure the cooler stays closed and adding ice if needed.

Prepare turkey in covered roaster with enough
ngreased cookie sheet to form turkey as follows: Place 9 slices
ool completely.
Wash your turkey thoroughly, removing the neck and

Place in bottom of casserole dish.
Mix together onion, soup and drained vegetables.
Place in casserole.
Top with hash browns.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until hash browns are done and casserole is heated through.
