Turkey Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients

turkey
potatoes
1 large onion
butter
2 to 3 envelopes brown gravy mix

Preparation

This is wonderful for leftover turkey.
Amount of potatoes depends on the amount of turkey you have.
Peel and cube potatoes, boil.
Cube meat.
Saute onion in butter until tender.
Add meat, then potatoes.
Prepare brown gravy mix and pour around hash.
