3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
2 Tbsp. chopped celery or parsley
1/4 c. shortening
1/4 c. minced onion
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 c. water
Preparation

stuffing
a half turkey, 7 to 8 pounds, double the recipe.
For
15 pound turkey, make 4 times the recipe; for 25 pound
turkey
make
8
times.
