Combine first 5 ingredients to form a sauce.
Set aside. Microwave mixed vegetables in a casserole dish for 3 to 4 minutes on High.
Drain.
In a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish, layer 1/2 of vegetables, chicken, sauce and cheese; repeat.
Top with seasoned bread crumbs.
Microwave on High for 3 minutes.
Reduce power to 50% and microwave for 10 to 12 minutes.
Rotate heated mixture halfway during cooking time.

Combine green beans and 1/2 cup water in a medium pot. Cover, and bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium, and let beans cook for 10 minutes, or until tender. Drain well.
Place beans in a medium serving bowl, and mix in bread crumbs, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano and basil. Toss mixture until the beans are coated. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and serve.
Bread Crumbs:
Save slices from each loaf and keep in freezer until you have about a loaf.
Mix all ingredients together well and store in airtight container.
Use for meat coating, topping on casseroles, etc.
Very good on cube steaks and pork chops.

In
Mix corn flake crumbs, seasoned bread crumbs and black pepper in one bowl.
Mix 1 egg and fat free milk in another bowl, whisk with fork.
Dip sliced onion ring into egg mixture, then coat with crumb mixture.
Place on greased (with Pam spray) baking sheet.
Once all onion rings have been coated, spray with Pam Spray covering all the rings.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes.

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Place scallops in four 12-ounce ovenproof casseroles.
Drizzle each portion with 1 tablespoon of clarified butter, 2 tablespoons vermouth and 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
Top with seasoned bread crumbs (see recipe). Place casseroles on jelly roll pan.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes, or until scallops are almost firm.
Top with cheese.

Pour cream of broccoli soup over stuffed cutlets and bake at 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Recipe serves 4 people.
