Make ribs:
Preheat oven to 200\
For basting sauce:
Whisk all

Mix all ingredients except for ribs in crock pot.
Add the ribs one at a time, coating them with sauce and stacking them as you go.
Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours.
Remove ribs and pour sauce into a separate container.
Allow fat to separate and skim off of top (there will be quite a bit).
Return sauce to meat, and serve.

Simmer ribs in pot of salted water about an hour to an hour and a half, just until tender; let cool.
Place in a shallow baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix the rest of the
ingredients. Spread over the ribs, saving the rest for basting.
Cook over medium-hot fire or in broiler.
Grill, turning and basting, until brown and crusty, about 15 minutes.
Chop onion and saute until soft in oil.
Add remaining ingredients, except for ribs, and simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.
Divide ribs for serving and place in shallow pan.
Bake 1 1/2 hours in a 325\u00b0 oven.
Brush every half hour with the sauce and turn.
Serves 4 to 6.
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer together for 20 minutes. Pour sauce over UNCOOKED ribs OR over FRIED chicken drumettes. Bake in 250\u00b0 oven in a covered pan.
Sear ribs in frying pan on medium high heat. Or not. The searing adds a nice flavor, but if you are in a hurry, skip it.
Dump all remaining ingredients in slow cooker or crock pot set on medium or low heat.
Stir it up!
Add meatballs or ribs.
Leave it alone for 6 or 8 hours and serve over rice or serve meatballs as an appetizer. Enjoy!
Pour boiling water over ribs; drain.
Boil mixture.
Pour over meat.
Marinate for 3 hours or longer.
Cook at 250\u00b0 for 3 hours or longer.
Heat the oil in a large saucepan and cook the onion and garlic over low heat for 6-7 mins until softened. Add the rice mix and cook, stirring for 1 min. Pour in the wine and simmer for a few mins then gradually add the stock, about 1 ladleful at a time. Allow the liquid to be absorbed by the rice before adding the next ladleful. This will take about 35 mins.
Stir in the butter and Parmesan cheese and season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Serve in warm, shallow bowls.
