Mississippi Red Sauce For Ribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. thick, country-cut pork ribs
1/2 c. chili sauce
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
several drops Cajun hot pepper sauce
Preparation

Simmer ribs in pot of salted water about an hour to an hour and a half, just until tender; let cool.
Place in a shallow baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix the rest of the
ingredients. Spread over the ribs, saving the rest for basting.
Cook over medium-hot fire or in broiler.
Grill, turning and basting, until brown and crusty, about 15 minutes.
