Put Boston butt roast in crock-pot.
Fill halfway with water. Add remaining ingredients, stir and cook on low for approximately 8 hours or until very tender.
Place pork roast in crock pot.
Sprinkle roast with dry onion soup mix and pat soup mix into the pork roast.
Pour Chipotle Raspberry Sauce on top of roast.
Be sure to use the whole jar and coat the whole top and sides of roast.
I have a brand new fabulous crock pot so the timing may be different on yours: Set crock pot on low for 6-7 hours and on high for 3. I set mine the first time on high for 4 and was a little dry. I like my pork medium well though! So 3 hours on high worked for me.
Put pork roast in crock pot; mix the next 7 ingredients together in a bowl and pour over pork roast. Arrange vegetables around the roast. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the whole dish in the crock pot. Put lid on and set crock pot to LOW for 7-8 hours.
You can also put this together and start at lunch time by turning on high for 4 hours and it will be ready when you get home!

Place pork roast in crock pot.
Add onion and Worcestershire sauce.
Cover roast with water.
Crock on low for 8 hours.
Remove roast and onions and place in a large bowl, discarding the cooking water.
Fork-shred the pork, discarding any fat (if necessary).
Return shredded meat and onions to crock pot.
Dump the sauce over it and crock an hour or so on low until heated thoroughly.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown pork on all sides, about 10 minutes.

Cook pork roast in crock-pot. Take out. Cut up pork taking fat out. Drain juice. Put pork back in empty crock-pot. Add sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper and red crushed pepper to taste. Also add hot sauce or barbecue sauce. Pour about 1 to 1 1/2 cups of juice back over pork. Cook on low about 6 to 8 hours. The longer it cooks without drying out, the better it is.

Rub the mixture thoroughly rub on all sides of the pork roast.
Place the roast on the bottom of the crock pot and pour the remaining mixture over the roast Cover and cook on low for 10 - 12 hours.
Remove pork roast from crock pot and slice.
Quickly stir corn starch to remaining juices in crock pot.
Plate sliced pork and ladle on liquid.

Mix all remaining ingredients and use this to top the roast and mushrooms.
