Spiced Pot Roast In Crock-Pot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. boneless chuck roast
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 1/4 oz. envelope Knorr Swiss brown gravy mix
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 Tbsp. hot water
    1 beef bouillon cube
Preparation
    Put roast in crock-pot.
    Dissolve bouillon cube in hot water. Mix all remaining ingredients.
    Pour over roast.
    Cook in crock-pot on low for 8 to 10 hours.
