Frozen California Vegetables(Recipe For Heart, Diet, Low-Fat)

Thaw vegetables and cook in boiling water about 10 minutes; drain, in large bowl.
Combine all ingredients except crackers and oleo, put in baking dish, cover with crackers, cut up oleo on top of crackers.

Easy Low-Fat Pizza

Place tortilla on cookie sheet.
If using pita pocket, simply place whole on cookie sheet.
Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Use desired amount of sauce per pizza.
Layer your favorite veggies (chopped or sliced).
Follow with low-fat or nonfat cheese.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.

Preheat Oven to Moderate.

Preheat the oven. I do mine to 160 degrees but it is fan-assisted, so if yours isn't I would do 180 or even 200.
Use the low-fat spread to grease an 8-inch loaf tin.
In a large bowl, whisk the egg-whites to a froth.
In another bowl, stir the flour, mango puree, vanilla essence and egg yolk together.
Fold the whisked whites into this mixture.
Pour into the greased tin and bake for 30-40mins.
Let cool, then slice.

Low-Fat Sausage Casserole

Creole Tomato Soup (Low Fat)

In a Dutch Oven over medium heat, melt margarine.
Add green pepper, onion, garlic and 3 tablespoons of the broth. Cook, stirring, until onion is soft (about 10 minutes). If liquid begins to evaporate, add a little more broth.
Add all remaining ingredients. Cover and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for at least 15 minutes, or until green pepper is tender and flavors are well blended.
Serve hot.
Soup will keep in refrigerator for 2-3 days and then reheated.

Yogurt Fruit Soup (Low-Fat)

Puree all ingredients (except mint leaves) in a food processor or blender.
Chill thoroughly for at least 3 hours.
Garnish with mint leaves prior to serving.

Low-Fat Chicken Pasta

In a large frying pan, mix soup, water, onion, garlic and chicken.
Cook until hot and ingredients are done.
Toss with the pasta and serve hot.

Lightly spray the tortilla with Pam.
Toast the tortilla in a 400 degre oven for 5-7 minutes.
Remove the flatout and top (in order) with pizza sauce, fat free cheese, pepperoni slices, onions, mushrooms and green pepper.
Sprinkle with 2 Tbl low-fat mozarella.
Bake for 7-10 minutes.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, slice and serve!

Layered Mexican Dip(Low-Fat)

Brown onion in liquid Butter Buds.
Add cooked turkey.
Stir refried beans into turkey mixture.
Spread into 9 x 13-inch casserole dish, sprayed with cooking spray.
Sprinkle green chilies on top of turkey-bean mixture.
Spread 1/2 cheese over, then pour taco sauce over cheese.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Cool slightly and spoon sour cream on top.
Serve with homemade low-fat chips.
