Layered Mexican Dip(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. can refried beans
    1/2 lb. ground turkey, cooked
    3 Tbsp. liquid Butter Buds
    1 large onion, diced
    3 c. nonfat Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. nonfat Cheddar
    1 (16 oz.) jar taco sauce
    4 oz. can chopped green chilies
    1 c. low-fat sour cream or 1 c. low-fat cottage mixed with 2 Tbsp. lemon juice and 2 Tbsp. nonfat yogurt
Preparation
    Brown onion in liquid Butter Buds.
    Add cooked turkey.
    Stir refried beans into turkey mixture.
    Spread into 9 x 13-inch casserole dish, sprayed with cooking spray.
    Sprinkle green chilies on top of turkey-bean mixture.
    Spread 1/2 cheese over, then pour taco sauce over cheese.
    Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Cool slightly and spoon sour cream on top.
    Serve with homemade low-fat chips.
