Pork With Apples And Apple Brandy(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 lean pork chops or pieces of boneless pork loin
    poultry seasoning to taste
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (low-fat, Healthy Request)
    1/4 c. apple brandy or other brandy
    2 to 3 Tbsp. frozen apple juice concentrate
    1/4 c. or less sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon, mixed with sugar (can use brown sugar)
    4 or 5 cooking apples, cored and cut into slices
Preparation
    Trim all visible fat off pork.
    Spray a skillet with Pam and brown the pork.
    Sprinkle the poultry seasoning on it as it cooks. Mix the soup, brandy and apple juice together and pour into a shallow casserole dish.
    Put browned pork into the soup mixture and bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    If you want much sauce, double the sauce recipe.
