Roll into a rectangle and add apricot filling.
Roll like jelly roll.

Mix oleo with sugar until smooth. Add flour, salt and baking soda; add oatmeal.

Apricot Kolachky(Slovak Cookies)

Mix the butter or oleo with the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
Add the flour.
Mix with your hands, until well blended. Roll the dough to about 1/8-inch thick; cut in 3-inch squares. Place about 1/2 teaspoon of apricot filling in center of square. Press together 2 opposite corners tightly, or any other shape. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 18 minutes.
Cool, then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Can be frozen.

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
With clean hands, mix butter, 1/2 cup sugar, flour and egg yolks until well mixed.
Press into a 9 x 13-inch glass pan.
Bake until light brown, 25 to 30 minutes. Spread apricot filling on hot layer.
Beat egg whites with 3/4 cup sugar.
Spread on top of filling and sprinkle with finely chopped nuts.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until light brown.
Cool 15 minutes before cutting.
