Party Apricot Kolaches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Bisquick baking mix
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    Apricot Filling
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Mix baking mix and sour cream until dough forms; beat vigorously 20 strokes.
    Turn dough onto well floured cloth covered board.
    Roll in flour; shape into ball.
    Knead 20 times.
    Divide into halves.
    Roll one-half 1/4-inch thick.
    Cut with floured 2-inch cutter.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Repeat with other half.
    With floured fingers, press a deep indentation in center of each.
    Fill with 1 rounded teaspoonful Apricot Filling.
    Bake until light brown, 8 to 10 minutes; cool on wire rack.
    Dust with powdered sugar.
    Makes about 2 dozen kolaches.
