Mix cream cheese and pineapple together in a bowl; form into a ball. Roll ball in walnut pieces until ball is completely coated.
Set ball on a piece of plastic wrap. Wrap plastic wrap tightly around ball and place in a small bowl. Refrigerate ball to allow flavors to blend, at least 30 minutes.
Serve cheese ball on a bed of chopped parsley.

Smoked Turkey Cheese Ball

Soften the cream cheese and add to a bowl. Slice the smoked turkey into small pieces and add to the cream cheese mixture. Add the 2 tsp of liquid smoke to the cheese mixture and form into a ball.
On a sheet of waxed paper, mix the ground pecans and the dried parsley.
Place the cream cheese ball in the pecan/parsley mix and cover the entire ball.
Chill before serving, and serve with your favorite crackers. I like Triscuits.

Beef-Cream Cheese Ball

Mix cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, dried beef (chopped fine) and garlic well.
Roll into round ball.
Mix pecans and parsley and then roll cheese ball into the mixture.
Great for a party.

Allow cream cheese to soften (room temperature).
Chop green onions and ham to 1/4-inch size pieces.
Mix with cream cheese. Form mixture into a ball; roll in sunflower seeds or chopped nuts. Serve with crackers.

Cream Cheese Ball

Blend all ingredients except nuts in a large bowl.
Place mixture on a large piece of plastic wrap.
Bring up the edges of the wrap and form mixture into a ball.
Place in a small deep bowl to help it hold its shape and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
When it is firm, roll the cheese ball in walnuts or pecans. (I like to do this over a bowl so I can continue to put the nuts on the ball if some fall off.).
