Preheat oven to 160\u00b0C.
Butter and flour 24cm bundt cake tin.
Beat egg yolks and sugar together until thick and creamy approx 10 minutes.
Add chocolate chips, almond meal, cinnamon, lemon zest, juice and sherry.
Beat until just combined.
In a clean dry bowl beat the egg whites with 50g sugar until stiff.
With a metal spoon carefully fold egg whites into torte mixture.
Pour into bundt cake and bake 1 hour.
Sprinkle with icing sugar to serve.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.

Add eggs, pumpkin and oil.
Blend in nuts.

Pour in remaining batter.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Check to see if done; it may take 55 minutes.
Blend cake mix (reserve 2 tablespoons), sour cream, oil, sugar, water and eggs with electric mixer.
Beat 2 minutes at high speed.
Pour half of the batter mixture in a well-greased and floured 10-inch tube or Bundt cake pan.
Combine brown sugar, cinnamon and 2 tablespoons reserved dry cake mix.
Sprinkle over batter in pan.
Add 1 cup chopped pecans to remaining batter and pour evenly over batter in pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
Cool upright for 25 minutes before removing from pan.
Do not preheat oven. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, sugar, sour cream, oil and eggs. Beat on low speed to blend, then on medium for 4 minutes. Pour 2/3 of batter into greased and floured 12-cup capacity Bundt cake pan. Drop raspberries on top of batter and top with remaining batter. Place in cold oven; set temperature to 325\u00b0. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean. Cool cake in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out on cooling rack. When cool, spoon on Raspberry Glaze.

After cake has cooled some, mix 1 cup of powdered sugar and 2 tablespoons of milk (you may have to add just a little more milk than this to get the consistency that you want) and pour over cake.
