Hamburger Casserole

Press 1 pound hamburger in dish.
Sprinkle 1/2 package of onion soup mix on top of hamburger.
Then press the remaining pound of hamburger on that.
Sprinkle the remaining onion soup mix on top.
Cook Kluski noodles 5 or 10 minutes; drain.
Add 2 cans of tomato sauce to noodles.
Pour that over hamburger mixture and bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
(Cover while baking.)
Top with Colby cheese and bake 15 minutes.

Combine diced pineapple and tomatoes in a draining bowl to drain juice.

Lasagna

Cook lasagna noodles according to package while browning one pound of hamburger.
Drain hamburger.
Drain lasagna noodles and run cold water over noodles.
Then spread 3 of noodles in a cake pan making a layer.
Spoon Ragu sauce over the noodles.
Sprinkle the hamburger over the sauce.
Then sprinkle the Mozzarella cheese over the hamburger.

Spaghetti

Mix water, tomato paste, and sauce.
Put in a crock pot.
Add all seasonings, onion, and garlic.
Add 1/4 c. red wine and 1/4 c. romano cheese.
Turn crock pot on high and start cooking.
Fry hamburger and sausage till brown, drain.
Add to sauce.
Cook on high for 4 hours.
Let cool.
Take out inside part of crock pot and refrigerate over night.
Put back in crock pot next day and heat to serving temperature.

Meat And Cheese Dip

Cook one pound of hamburger meat. Cook
1/2 pound sausage. Drain and combine.
Add 1 box of Velveeta cheese. Stir well. Cook on slow or put in crock pot on lowest temperature. Add one can of tomatoes with green chilies and peppers. Cook on low heat. Buy chips and eat up!

Cabbage Tamales Or One-Dish Dinner

To each pound of hamburger, mix:
one cup raw

Brown 1 pound of hamburger meat. Add taco seasoning, drain and cool. Prepare lettuce, tomatoes and green onions. Add hamburger mixture and grated cheddar cheese and one can of Ranch Style Beans. Mix in Catalina dressing. Add Fritos just before serving.

Easy Chinese Dish

Stir fry carrots in a little oil to crisp tender. Remove from pan, cook hamburger, salt and pepper. Add carrots and one-half head cabbage. Slice on top of hamburger. Cook the packages of ramen noodles while hamburger is cooking. Pour undrained noodles on cabbage. Sprinkle noodle seasoning package on top. Stir. Cover and cook till cabbage is tender crisp. Spaghetti Sauce

Brown hamburger, onions and garlic.
In large pan, combine all ingredients.
Cook 2 1/2 hours on low heat.
You may take another pound of hamburger and make meatballs.
To this add 1 egg, 1/4 cup chopped onion and 1/2 cup cracker crumbs.
Shape into balls and brown.
Add to sauce and cook with other ingredients.

Zucchini Casserole

Wash zucchini and slice. Saute zucchini and onion in butter; drain. Set aside. Brown about 1 pound of hamburger; drain off grease. Place zucchini and onion in baking dish. Then hamburger over that. Pour sauce on top of this. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts, about 20 minutes.

Baked Beans

Bake one hour at 350\u00b0 or combine in crock-pot and cook for several hours.
I often use one pound of hamburger or bacon.
You can also vary the size of the cans of beans and kinds of beans.

Barbecue Sauce(Per Pound Of Hamburger)

Brown hamburger in the frying pan; pour the grease off and then add the ingredients for the sauce.
When it simmers for a couple of minutes, it is ready to eat.

Easy Spaghetti

Brown 1 pound of hamburger meat with one small chopped onion. Add 1/2 to 3/4 tablespoon of chili powder and Tabasco sauce, depending on how much seasoning you want.
Add about 1/2 tablespoon of salt and season to taste.
Stir and simmer all the mixture for about 10 minutes, then add tomato soup and mushroom soup and stir well.
Let cook over low heat for about 20 minutes. Stir often to keep from sticking.
Serve with cooked spaghetti.

Quick Spaghetti Sauce

Fry onions and garlic in oil and butter until tender.
Add 1 pound of hamburger.
Add package of spaghetti sauce mix.
Stir good.
Add can of sliced mushrooms and juice, tomato soup and mushroom soup. Bring to a boil and boil 5 minutes.
Salt to taste.

Lasagna

Brown 1 pound of hamburger; drain.
Return to skillet and stir in 15 ounce can of whole tomatoes, 3 ounce can tomato sauce, 1 envelope dry spaghetti sauce mix and 1 (12 ounce) can V-8 juice. Simmer 10 minutes.
(If it's a little soupy, sprinkle 1 or 2 tablespoons of flour into mixture to thicken.)

Homemade Chili

Brown 1 pound of hamburger meat along with green bell pepper and onion.
Mix French's chili mix, chili powder, tomatoes, 3 cups water, hamburger, and pinto beans in a large pot.
Bring to a boil.
Let set for about 10 minutes.
Ready to serve.
