Scrub potatoes and
dd the cheese soups, cream of potato & French onion soups, milk and water
Mash sweet potatoes with potato masher or beat with electric mixer until smooth.
Mix in remaining ingredients, except pecans. Spoon sweet potato mixture into ungreased 1-quart casserole or souffle dish; sprinkle with pecans.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 until hot throughout, about 30 minutes.
Makes 6 servings (about 1/2 cup each).

In a large bowl, combine soups, sour cream, milk, onion, salt, pepper and dill weed. Stir until blended.
Add thawed hash brown potatoes, mixing until potatoes are completely coated.
Turn potato mixture into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Sprinkle evenly with grated cheese and paprika.
Bake 1 1/2 hours until browned and bubbly.
Serves 8 to 10.

Cover and cook on high setting until potatoes are tender, about 2 to 3 hours.
Stir in milk; add potato flakes to desired consistency, stirring constantly.

Top with grated Cheddar cheese.
Bake at 300\u00b0 uncovered for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
May be made ahead and held in the refrigerator until baking.
Adjust baking time if chilled.
Also freezes well after baking.
In a mixing bowl, beat together both soups, cream cheese, sour cream, green pepper, onion and all seasonings.
Fold in potatoes. Spoon into buttered 13 x 9-inch baking dish and sprinkle with sesame seed and paprika.
Bake, uncovered, in 300\u00b0 oven for 2 hours.
Bring first 4 ingredients to a boil.
Add potatoes and cook until tender.
Stir in soups and bring to a boil.
Remove from heat and add cheese and Pet milk.
Beat together sour cream, dip, egg and soups.

In 4 quart saucepan, brown ground beef.
Drain, rinse and set aside.
Spray saucepan with butter-flavor cooking spray.
Saute onion, carrot and hash browns until onion is clear.
Blend in soups, then beef broth.
Gradually blend in half and half.
Stir in rice and browned meat.
Continue to cook until heated throughout.
Combine potatoes, onion, green pepper, soups, sour cream, salt and pepper.
Toss thoroughly to coat potatoes.
Spoon mixture into a greased, shallow 2-quart casserole.
Bake 75 minutes in 325\u00b0 oven.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake additional 15 minutes.
