Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bag frozen Ore Ida shredded hash browns (thawed)
1 bag frozen Inland Valley shredded hash browns O'Brien (with onion and bell pepper) (thawed)
1/2 of 8 oz. carton of sour cream
1/2 of 8 oz. carton Kraft green onion dip
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of potato soup
8 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 egg
Preparation

Beat together sour cream, dip, egg and soups.
Stir in all the Swiss cheese and 1/2 the cheddar cheese.
Stir in potatoes. Spray large casserole dish with Pam.
Pour potatoes in and press down with back of spoon.
Sprinkle remainder of cheddar cheese on top.
Cover with foil and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
