Potato Casserole(Serves 12 To 14) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 can cream of potato soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3 tsp. chopped green pepper
    3 tsp. chopped onion
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. sesame seed
    1 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Blend soups gradually with cream cheese.
    Add the sour cream, green pepper, onion and seasonings.
    Pour over potatoes and mix well.
    Place in a well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan or Corning Ware dish.
    Top with grated Cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 uncovered for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    May be made ahead and held in the refrigerator until baking.
    Adjust baking time if chilled.
    Also freezes well after baking.
