Easy Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green onion
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of potato soup (not diluted)
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    salt and pepper
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, onion, green pepper, soups, sour cream, salt and pepper.
    Toss thoroughly to coat potatoes.
    Spoon mixture into a greased, shallow 2-quart casserole.
    Bake 75 minutes in 325\u00b0 oven.
    Sprinkle with cheese and bake additional 15 minutes.
