Ham And Cheese Potato Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. (2 lb.) O'Brien frozen hash browns
2 c. fully cooked ham
3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
1 small onion, chopped
2 c. sour cream
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cheese soup, undiluted
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) potato soup, undiluted
1/4 Tbsp. pepper
Preparation

Mix hash browns, ham, 1/2 cup cheese and onion.
In another bowl, combine sour cream, soups and pepper.
Add to potato mix. Mix well.
Put in a 3 quart greased baking dish.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately an hour or until potatoes are tender.
