In a 4 to 5-quart pot, mix all ingredients, except potatoes and kielbasa.
Bring to a boil and simmer until veggies are half cooked (about 15 minutes).
Add potatoes; cook until they are tender (about 15 minutes).
Add sliced kielbasa and cook and additional 5 minutes.

I use the stems of the cauliflower and broccoli that was leftover from the broccoli and cauliflower salad to make the soup. Boil until tender; mash and remove any stems that are stringy. Proceed with your favorite cream soup recipe.

Bring to a boil.
Once boiling turn down to a simmer.

In saucepan melt margarine and stir in flour.

Spread 1/3 of the potato slices on the bottom, then 1/2 of the onions, followed by 1/2 of the cabbage and 1/2 of the kielbasa in layers over potatoes.
Add 1/3 of the sauce. Repeat the layers, ending with potatoes.
Add the rest of the sauce.
Cover the casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
In dutch oven bring veggies and water to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes until veggies are almost tender.
Add kielbasa and bean soup.
Heat until piping hot.
Serve with crusty bread.

In large saucepan, combine soup and mustard until blended. Add water, beer and pepper.

In a bowl,
Place potatoes and water in a microwave-safe dish. Cover and microwave on high for 4 minutes or until tender; drain.
In a large skillet, saute kielbasa and onion in oil until onion is tender. Add potatoes; saute 3-5 minutes longer or until kielbasa and potatoes are lightly browned.
Combine the brown sugar, vinegar, mustard, thyme and pepper; stir into skillet. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 2-3 minutes or until heated through. Add spinach and bacon; cook and stir until spinach is wilted. Yield: 4 servings.
Deep fry skins for about 45 seconds. Sprinkle with cheese and place under broiler just long enough for cheese to melt.

Saute onion in olive oil slightly.
Add cabbage and cook for a few minutes. Add flour and mix well. Add wine and beef stock. Bring to a boil (boiling gets rid of the alcohol in the wine, but leaves a terrific flavor).

Slice kielbasa and cut into bite-size pieces.
In a non stick skillet brown kielbasa over medium high heat until browned.
Put kielbasa into the crockpot or slow cooker.
Add onion, garlic, celery, green pepper and cabbage to skillet and saute until tender, about 5 minutes.
Add tomatoes and deglaze the skillet.
Add vegetables to the slow cooker.
Add remaining ingredients and mix together.
