Welsh Rarebit And Kielbasa Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (11 oz. each) cans condensed Cheddar cheese soup
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 soup can water
    1 c. beer
    1/4 tsp. fresh ground pepper
    1/2 lb. kielbasa, sliced 1/4-inch thick (1 1/2 c.)
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In large saucepan, combine soup and mustard until blended. Add water, beer and pepper.
    Bring to boil.
    Add kielbasa; lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
    Before serving, sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
    Makes 4 servings.
