CHILI MAC:
Brown ground beef
9 x 9 inch casserole dish.
While potatoes are
Brown beef and add salt and pepper to taste.
Chop onion and add to beef 1/2 way through browning.
Slice potatoes.
Dissolve bouillon cubes in one cup water in microwave (approximately 1 minute or until dissolved).
Layer in a 2-quart casserole a layer of potatoes, half of beef, another layer of potatoes, half of beef and another layer of potatoes.
Pour bouillon mix over meat and potatoes.
Cover and microwave on High for 15 minutes or until potatoes are soft.

Brown the ground beef and onion (if used).
Stir soup into browned beef and heat well.
Put layer of sliced potatoes in casserole dish, then the meat-soup mixture, then more sliced potatoes.
Pour some milk over top to add moisture.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until done, about 1 hour.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook beef until no longer pink; drain. Place in a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Top with mushrooms. Combine potatoes and contents of sauce mix packets, water, milk, butter, salts and pepper. Pour over beef and mushrooms. Cover and bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
In greased baking dish, layer potatoes, onion, carrots and beef.
Combine soup, water, salt and pepper.
Pour over top of casserole.
Cover and bake for 55 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Uncover and cook an additional 20 minutes.
Put half of potatoes on bottom of a greased casserole.
Add 1/2 of ground beef, then onion.

Mix soup and milk; pour over ingredients.
Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Combine soup, water, parsley, salt and pepper; mix well.
Add potatoes, onion and beef.
Pour into lightly greased covered casserole.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In non-stick fry pan, brown ground beef breaking up meat into small pieces.
Add tomatoes and corn to beef. Bring mixture to a boil. Remove from heat and spread mixture evenly into shallow 2 1/2 quart baking dish.
Sprinkle potatoes evenly over beef mixture. Pat down lightly. Bake 20 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 8 to 10 minutes longer.

Combine corn, egg, cracker crumbs, pimiento, and parsley; spoon over the leftover beef mixture. Bake leftover beef casserole at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.

Add butter and stir through.
Microwave to heat through.
I like it just like this, but as with most corned beef hash recipes you could pan fry if you like.
