Combine the brown sugar, water, rum, and vanilla beans in a saucepan over medium heat. Squeeze the lemon juice into the pan and stir to combine. Bring to a simmer, add the pineapple and stir until well mixed. Simmer until the liquid has reduced to a syrupy consistency and the pineapple is soft.

With 2 plates, divide angel food cake into 2 horizontal equal pieces.
Put on 2 containers.
Clean strawberries; cut into fourths.
Put in bowl with pineapple and 1/2 the pineapple juice. Add the glaze; mix well.
Pour 1/2 of the mixture on one angel food cake, the rest on the other.
Top with Cool Whip.
Chill, then serve.

Separate dough into 8 pieces.
Place each piece in ungreased muffin cup; press dough to cover bottom and sides, forming 1/4-inch rim.
Spoon 1 teaspoon coconut into each cup.
Spoon 1 tablespoon pineapple mixture into each cup.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with remaining coconut; bake an additional 3 to 8 minutes until crust is brown.
Combine all ingredients and simmer 20 minutes, or until it looks somewhat transparent.

In top of double boiler add juice of pineapple, marshmallows and 1 box lime jello.
Melt and set aside to cool.
Mix with beater drained pineapple, cream cheese, mayonnaise and nuts.
When cool add marshmallow mixture.
Whip the whipping cream and add to mixture; chill.
Mix 1 box jello and 2 cups water and cool.
Pour over mixture and chill overnight.
Note:
Use 1 full 12 ounce Cool Whip and half of other 12 ounce Cool Whip when mixing ingredients, saving other half for top of dessert.
Bring cheese to room temperature to soften.
Use mixer to gradually blend in 1/2 cup milk; add remaining milk, drained pineapple and pudding.
