In a heavy 2-quart saucepan, mix sugar, butter or margarine, marshmallow cream and Pet evaporated milk.
Cook and stir to a full all over boil (mixture will be bubbly all over the top). Boil and stir over medium heat 5 minutes.

Stir in chocolate chips until melted.
Stir in nuts and pour into buttered 8 or 9-inch pan.
Cool thoroughly.
