Chocolate Nugget Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    2/3 c. Pet evaporated milk
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    2 1/2 c. crushed vanilla wafer crumbs (1/2 lb.)
    1/2 c. finely cut pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt chocolate chips and Pet evaporated milk.
    Remove from heat.
    Add crushed vanilla wafer crumbs, powdered sugar, finely cut pecans and vanilla.
    Mix well; let stand at room temperature 30 minutes.
    Shape into balls or logs, 1 1/2-inches long, 1/2-inch across.
    Roll in 3/4 cup pecans.
    Roll in 1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar.
    Chill 1 hour.
    Makes 48 balls.
