Prepare, bake, and cool cupcakes.
On medium-high speed, beat butter until fluffy. Add vanilla. Beat in peanut butter, then jelly, then confectioners sugar until smooth.
Spoon 1 1/4 c mixture into frosting bag. Snip 1/4\" hole in one corner. Insert bag tip 1\" into center top of each cupcake. Squeeze 1 Tbs frosting into each.

Mix peanut butter and King syrup until smooth and easily spreadable.
Microwave tortillas 10 seconds to soften.
Spread each with a tablespoon of peanut butter and 2 tsp jam.
Heat oven to 400\u00b0F.
Place 2-3 apple wedges down the center of each tortilla.
Roll up tortillas.
Transfer rolls to baking sheet.
Brush with melted butter.
Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small cup.
Sprinkle half of mixture on top of each roll.
