Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix cream cheese, 1/2 cup of the shredded cheese, sour cream and Gravy Mix in medium bowl until well blended. Stir in beef jerky.
Spoon into glass pie plate sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
Bake 15 minutes or until heated through. Serve with crusty bread or crackers.

Use steel cutting blade, shred one jar dried beef using speed 10.
Remove from bowl; set aside.
Add remaining jar dried beef, shred, then add cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, milk and horseradish.
Process at speed 4 until well mixed.
Place mixture on Saran Wrap, form into ball and roll in reserved dried beef. Serve with crackers.
Chop dried beef.
(I put mine in a chopper) Save about 1/4 of a cup on the side.

Take mixture and form a ball and roll in remaining chopped beef.

Recipe may be doubled or tripled.
Also may be made several days in advance and kept refrigerated, just keep tightly wrapped.
Place dried beef circle on bottom of baking dish (ungreased). Place one chicken breast on each mound and cover with sour cream and mushroom soup that has been mixed together.
Bake at 275\u00b0 for 3 hours.
I use 2 circles of dried beef and this recipe seems to appeal to hearty appetites.

Line large casserole dish with dried beef.
Place chicken on top of dried beef.
Mix soup and sour cream.

Preheat oven to 275 degrees F.
Cream cheese and horseradish until smooth and creamy.
Spread mixture over each slice of dried beef.
Roll up then refrigerated for a couple hours.
When ready to serve, cut each roll diagonally, making each cut about 1 inch long For variations: mix minced pimento stuffed olives with basic mixture.
Mix minced green onions with basic mixture or crabmeat.
This recipe can be frozen and prepared days in advance.
Line large flat 2 to 3-quart casserole with dried beef.
Place in oven to dry out beef.
Roll each chicken breast and wrap with slice of bacon.
Place chicken on top of beef.
Combine soup and sour cream, pour over chicken.

Cover casserole with foil and bake 3 hours in 300\u00b0 oven.
Remove foil for at least 1/2 hour to brown.

Chop dried beef (fine).
Mix all ingredients well.
Put into a Corning Ware container.
Cook in 350\u00b0 oven for approximately 20-30 minutes. Serve with Frito Chips.
Melt butter in saucepan; add onion and green pepper. Cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Cut dried beef into small pieces; add to onion mixture and continue cooking until beef is slightly browned. Stir in soup, milk, pepper and paprika. Heat to boiling. Cook macaroni, using unsalted water. Drain, then rinse with cold water and drain again.
Combine macaroni with dried beef sauce. Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, in 350\u00b0 oven 20 to 30 minutes.
