Mix all ingredients except muffins. Spread on open muffins and place in freezer for at least 30 minutes. Cut each open-faced muffin into fourths (this will make them bite sized). Broil for 5 minutes or until golden brown. You may also prepare these weeks ahead of time and freeze until ready to use - then just pull out of the freezer and broil!

Prepare Stove Top stuffing according to directions on box. In pan melt margarine and saute onion, celery and mushrooms until soft.
Add cream of mushroom soup, chicken stock, wine, garlic powder and pepper.
Let simmer until gravy gets white and thick. If gravy is thin, add 1 teaspoon flour.
Add turkey (several slices thick) to gravy and heat through, turning occasionally.
On plates, put mound of stuffing, over that put 1 slice of white bread and add turkey with gravy.

Mix well and simmer until done but still moist.

Put on open-faced bun or bread and brown in toaster oven or regular oven.
Mix all ingredients and spread on open faced buns.

Broil open-faced for a few minutes until hamburger is done.

Butter each slice of bread with half the butter.
Spread half the mustard on top of each buttered slice of bread.
Lay a slice of meat on top of the 2 slices of bread.
Lay half the cheese on top of the meat.
Serve with the Pickles and olives on the side.
