Toasted Crab Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small pkg. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. milk
2 tsp. lemon juice
several dashes liquid hot pepper seasoning
2 green onions, finely chopped
8 oz. fresh or 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crab meat
3 or 4 English muffins, split in half
Preparation

Beat cream cheese, milk, lemon juice and hot pepper seasoning together.
Mix in the onions and crab meat.
Split, butter and toast the muffins.
Spread cheese mixture over hot toasted side of muffin.
Broil just until top browns slightly.
Makes 6 to 8 open-faced sandwiches (6 is more generous).
