Broiled Open-Faced Crab Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. chopped green pepper
    2 tsp. chopped onion
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    1/4 c. man.
    6 oz. imitation crab
    3 slices bread, toasted
    1/2 cheese, shredded
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine green pepper, onion, white pepper, man. and lemon juice.
    Gently stir in crab.
    Spread 1/2 cup mixture on each slice of toast.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Broil 5-inches from heat source for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
