Cheese And Crab Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    1 tsp. Louisiana style hot sauce
    2 (6 oz.) cans crab meat, drained
    6 English muffins, split and toasted
Preparation
    In medium bowl, combine soup, green onion, pimento and hot sauce.
    Fold in crab meat.
    Spread soup mixture evenly over 12 muffin halves and place on baking sheets.
    Broil 6-inches from heat for 5 to 6 minutes or until hot and lightly browned.
    Quarter each muffin half for 48 appetizers or serve as 12 open-faced sandwiches.
