Open-Faced Supreme Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large slice rye bread
    Swiss or Mozzarella cheese
    sliced turkey or chicken
    tomato slices
    3 slices cooked and crumbled bacon
    shredded lettuce
    4 Tbsp. kosher dill pickles, chopped
    3 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    1 hard-cooked egg, chopped
    1 pt. mayonnaise
    1 1/2 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 medium onion, grated
    juice of 1 lemon
    garlic salt to taste
    pinch of sugar
Preparation
    Make open-faced sandwich with bread, cheese, meat, tomato, bacon and lettuce.
    Combine remaining ingredients and add pickle juice to thin if needed.
    Use as topping for sandwich.
    Makes enough dressing for 6 servings.
