Broiled Open-Faced Hamburger Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. catsup
    1 tsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all of the ingredients together and spread on split hamburger buns.
    Broil open-faced for a few minutes until hamburger is done.
    Watch carefully.
    Serves 6 to 8.
