Pour chili over onion and cheese. Top with remaining cheese, green pepper and 1 cup of Fritos.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.
Peel and boil onions until done; drain and put in a casserole.
(This can be done day before; refrigerate.)
Make enough medium white sauce to cover onions.
Stir into sauce 1 cup Velveeta cheese; stir until melted.
Pour over onions.
