Orzo Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope onion mushroom recipe soup mix
    3 1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    1 1/2 c. orzo
    6 oz. white mushrooms
    1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    Thoroughly combine onion soup mix with water; set aside.
    In saucepan, melt margarine over medium heat.
    Cook garlic with orzo, stirring constantly, until golden.
    Stir in onion soup mix.
    Bring to boil.
    Simmer covered 10 minutes.
    Add mushrooms.
    Do not stir.
    Simmer covered 10 minutes.
    Stir in parsley.
    Put in casserole dish.
    Let stand 10 minutes until liquid is absorbed.
