Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    about 3 large onions
    1 recipe white sauce
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
    9 crushed Ritz crackers
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Peel and boil onions until done; drain and put in a casserole.
    (This can be done day before; refrigerate.)
    Make enough medium white sauce to cover onions.
    Stir into sauce 1 cup Velveeta cheese; stir until melted.
    Pour over onions.
    Crumble enough Ritz crackers to cover top.
    Drizzle melted butter over crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes or until bubbly around edges.
