Fry the onions until golden brown, and then remove from pan to a small dish.
Brown meat.
Add molasses, soy sauce, salt and hot water to cover.
Simmer for about 1 1/2 hours.
Add celery and simmer another 15 minutes.
Add chop suey vegetables and mushrooms (juice and all).
Simmer until all vegetables and meat are tender. Pour into baking dish and cover with Bisquick Meat Pie Recipe to which has been added a small amount of celery seed.
Make 2 crust pie recipe. Put water, sugar and cream of tartar in a pan and bring to a boil. Add Ritz crackers and bring to a boil; boil 1 minute. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Cover with top pie crust. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
In a large bowl, mix well all ingredients, except nutmeg. Pour into an unbaked pie shell and sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until done.

Beat eggs until light and fluffy.
Mix flour and sugar and add to eggs.
Add this mixture to molasses mixture.
Pour in unbaked pie shell and bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until set.
Bring molasses and oleo to a boil; beat eggs until light and fluffy.
Mix flour and sugar with eggs and add to molasses mixture. Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until pie is firm.
Beat egg yolks until light.
Add flour, ginger and vinegar; blend well.
Mix in molasses.
Pour into pie shell and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Egg whites and sugar may be made into meringue.
Spread on the hot pie and brown in oven for 5 minutes at 425\u00b0 or until lightly brown.
If you don't like meringue use whipped cream or a small scoop of ice cream.
Mix the 4 first ingredients in a bowl(flour to butter). With a pastry cutter or 2 knives, add butter until you have a rough texture.
In another bowl, mix baking soda and warm water. Add molasses, egg, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger. Beat well.
Spread 1/3 of the rough mixture (step 1) in the crust, then pour the second mixture of molasses (step 2). Put the remaining rough mixture (step 1) on the pie. Cook on the lowest rack of oven, at 350 F from 45 to 50 minutes or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Mix together margarine, flour and sugar for crumbs.
Mix together molasses, boiling water and soda for pie mixture. Sprinkle half of the crumbs in bottom of 2 pie shells.
Pour half of pie mixture in each pie shell.
Sprinkle remaining crumbs over the pie mixture.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until top crumbs are brown.
Makes 2 pies.

Follow Vanilla Cream Pie recipe as directed except
Heat molasses and butter to boiling.
Beat eggs until fluffy, then mix in flour and sugar with the eggs.
Blend well.
Add this to molasses and pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
Soften butter and blend in other ingredients, adding molasses and milk last.
Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake in a very slow 300\u00b0 oven until set in the center or test by inserting a knife into center. If knife comes out clean, pie is done.
Cream the butter, molasses, water, salt and brown sugar together.
Beat in eggs.
Sift dry ingredients together and then add to creamed mixture.
Mix well.
Refrigerate for 24 hours. Roll in balls (2-inches in diameter).
Roll in granulated sugar. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Yields approximately 3 1/2 dozen.
Beat whole eggs together; add sugar, flour and cream.
Lastly, add sorghum molasses, butter and vanilla.
Pour in 2 unbaked pie shells.
Bake in slow oven at 325\u00b0 until done, approximately 45 minutes.
Halve ingredients for 1 pie.
Beat egg yolks until thick.
Add molasses and butter.
Combine sugar, spices, salt, flour and cornstarch.
Add to first mixture. Mix thoroughly.
Fold in beaten egg whites.
Pour into pastry lined pie crust.
Bake in hot oven (425\u00b0) about 15 minutes.
Cover pie with pecans, sprinkle with sugar and continue baking for 15 minutes.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Beat eggs. Add melted butter, vanilla, salt and nutmeg; blend well. Add brown sugar, corn syrup and molasses. Mix thoroughly.
Sprinkle nuts in unbaked pie shell; pour egg mixture over nuts.
Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes or until filling is set.
Combine the sugar, cocoa, flour, and salt in a heavy saucepan. Mix well, using the back of a spoon to break up any small lumps of flour or cocoa. Add the yolks and gradually stir in the milk until the mixture is smooth. Place over medium to medium high heat and cook, stirring constantly, for about 5 minutes or until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and butter. Pour into baked pie crust and top with meringue. Bake according to meringue recipe used for coconut cream pie.
Use your own lemon pie recipe or use 1 box of lemon Jell-O pie filling.
Cook as directed except use 3 eggs instead of 2 and omit sugar.
Cook over medium heat until done.
Stir well.
Set mixture aside to cool 5 minutes.
Stir and add 11 packages of Equal sweetener (or sweeten pie as desired).
Fix meringue, using your recipe.
Place on pie.
Brown in oven at 350\u00b0 for about 5 minutes.
