Mocha Coffee Creamer

Shake well to combine.

Shake well to blend.
Store in a cool dry place, and use as normal coffee creamer.

Chocolate Malt Coffee Creamer

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Stir until well blended.
Store in an airtight container.
To serve: stir 2 heaping tsp into 8 oz hot coffee.
Yield: about 3 cup coffee creamer.

Velvet Coffee Creamer Tart

Crush eight biscuits finely set aside.
Layer the other biscuits on the bottom and side of a square dish.
Mix condense milk and coffee creamer together.
Add lemon juice slowly, mix until the mixture thickens.
Pour over the layer of biscuits.
Sprinkle crushed biscuits on top, put into the refrigerator.
Serve the following day.

French Vanilla Mocha Coffee Mix

Mix all ingredients together whisking until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a pretty jar, resealable container, or a zip lock bag. Store on the pantry shelf. This makes a good gift.
To serve, spoon 2-3 heaping tablespoons into a coffee mug, add fresh brewed coffee and stir to blend.
If you wish, you may add 1/3 cup instant coffee granules to the mixture and then just mix with very hot water.

French Silk Mocha - Coffee & Chocolate Dry Mix In Bulk

Place first 3 ingedients into a large plastic freezer bag, roll up bag to remove air, seal bag, unroll and using a rolling pin, crush to a fine even grind. Add remaining ingredients, toss to combine. *Rolling the dry milk together with the other ingredients eliminates the clumping issues when added to the liquid.
Add 3 teaspoons, more or less to taste to 6 ounces boiling water.
Variations: add 1 or more hard candies into hot coffee (butterscotch, peppermint, toffee, etc).

Your Own Liquid Coffee Creamer - Homemade, Copycat, Substitute

This comes from the side panel of a Walmart brand coffee whitener (check it out).
Mix one part hot water with one part powdered non-dairy creaner, stir thoroughly. Add your choice of flavor extract (be creative). Add one part cold water. Store in refrigerator.
Think about it. Mocha, Vanilla, Almond, Splenda, Stevia. Your choice, low-cal, controlled flavor possibilities.

Add the instant espresso crystals until desolve.
Add the hazelnut syrup and coffee creamer.

First combine the instant coffee, butterscotch pudding, and powdered milk in a mixing bowl. Thoroughly combine.
Mix in the powdered creamer, brown sugar and a pinch of salt if you like.
Then add the mix to your coffee cup and amount of hot water that is specified. Simply stir and enjoy!
