ombine the flour, Cajun Spice Mix Recipe, paprika, cayenne, and salt in
Beat together sugar, milk, melted butter and egg.
Stir into Mix just until moisted.
Fold in fruit and/or nuts.
Fill greased muffin cups and bake at 425 for 20 minutes.
Stir liquid into Mix just until moistened.
Knead a few times on floured board.
Roll or pat out to 1/2 inch thickness and cut into biscuits.
Bake at 450 for 7-10 min, until golden on bottom.
Prepare the cake mix as directed but with the following change: Add the pumpkin pie spice and substitute the can of pumpkin puree for the water called for in the package directions.
Divide the batter among the prepared muffin tins lined with paper liners and bake at 350 degrees until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean, 18 to 22 minutes. Let cool.
While cupcakes are baking, using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese and sugar until creamy. Spread on the cupcakes and top each with a piece of candy corn.
In a large bowl, mix 6 teaspoons House of Blues seasoning with ground beef (1 teaspoon per 8 ounces of beef). Form ground beef into six 8-ounce patties. Grill burger to desired temperature. Toast roll. Top with lettuce, tomato, and onion and cheese.

Pour boiling water into a mug and steep tea bag, about 2 minutes. Remove tea bag; add milk, hot cocoa mix, and sugar. Stir until well-blended, about 20 seconds.
Mix coleslaw according to package directions.
Follow your own recipe, or mix the following ingredients to taste:
mayonnaise, sour cream or plain yogurt, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, mustard and Tabasco.
Season pork roast as desired (salt, pepper, garlic, etc.) according to taste.
Place pork in covered baking dish, adding 2 inches of water in bottom of dish.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 3 to 4 hours, or until meat falls apart easily.
Whisk the eggs and milk together in a large bowl, then stir in the melted butter and the cookie mix in a jar. Stir well to make a soft dough. Cover and leave to rest for 30 mins.
Preheat the oven to 375\u00b0F. Divide and roughly shape the mixture into 14 circles, well-spaced on a large greased baking sheet. Bake for 14-16 mins until just golden. Leave on the baking sheet for 5 mins then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Mix at room temperature egg yolks, sugar, milk, vanilla extract in big pot and simmer over low flame to melt sugar, mixing continuously.
Add Coco Lopez and continue to mix for about 15 minutes on low flame.
Add Rum and cinnamon sticks with water.
Mix everything on low flame for about 20 minutes.
Let cool and serve.
** Use whisk for a smoother consistency ** if desired.
seperate bowl, combine cake mix with softened butter and 2
Mix together cream cheese and salad dressing mix.
Spread evenly over the tortillas.
Drain vegetables and blot dry on paper towels.
Sprinkle equal amount of remaining ingredients on top of cream cheese mixture.
Roll tortillas tightly (dampen edge to seal and secure it with toothpicks).
Chill at least 2 hours.
Cut rolls into one-inch pieces.
Discard ends.
Serve with spiral facing up.
Makes about 3 dozen.
Baste bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan with margarine.
Sprinkle bottom of pan with pecans, then coconut.
Mix the cake mix according to directions on box; pour over coconut mixture.
Mix the cream cheese, melted margarine, vanilla and confectioners sugar to pouring consistency; pour over cake mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Pour dry cake mix into large mixing bowl.
Add eggs and oils.
Mix well.
Add choc or peanut butter chips.
Bake 12-15 minutes or until done. Cool on wire rack. DO NOT OVERBAKE or your cookies will be hard. Store in airtight container.
NOTE* I sometimes use a lemon cake mix and sprinkle cooled cookies with powdered sugar.

Prepare Spicy Seasoning Mix. Store in airtight container. Shake
Heat the oil in a large saucepan and cook the onion and garlic over low heat for 6-7 mins until softened. Add the rice mix and cook, stirring for 1 min. Pour in the wine and simmer for a few mins then gradually add the stock, about 1 ladleful at a time. Allow the liquid to be absorbed by the rice before adding the next ladleful. This will take about 35 mins.
Stir in the butter and Parmesan cheese and season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Serve in warm, shallow bowls.
In a pan with edges, mix the first six ingredients together and shape into a loaf.
Next, mix the rest of the ingredients and pour over the top of the loaf.
Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
ake jerk sauce: in blender, mix spring onions, coriander, garlic, ginger
Mix all ingredients until they're blended and beat at medium speed with electric mixer for 2 minutes.
Pour into a well-greased and floured 10\" tube pan or bundt pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 60-70 minutes.
Cool in pan at least 15 minutes.
Remove from pan; finish cooling on rack.
Sprinkle with confectioners sugar if desired.
***Cake can also be baked in a 13 x 9 pan for 50-55 minutes.
