Turn shells over and bake 25 more minutes.

Stuff manicotti shells with ground beef/bean mixture and place in a medium casserole dish.
Combine taco sauce and water.

Soften the tortilla in the hot oil for a few seconds.
Drain it on a paper towel and lay it flat on a plate or baking sheet.
Cover the tortilla with refried beans.
Decorate it with tomatoes, onions, olives and peppers. Top with cheese and salsa.
Sprinkle with the olive oil.
Bake for 15 minutes in a 375\u00b0
oven.
