preheat oven to 400.
spread 1 tbsp whipped dressing over each melba toast.
grade chedder cheese.
top each melba toast with enough cheese as desired.
cook for 5 to 10 minutes in oven or until cheese is melted.
note. you can also try vegetable melba toasts, or cooking them on a plate in the microwave until the cheese melts.

Use the bread to make Melba toast. Toast the bread
Place the smoked salmon in a food processor. Pulse until a fine paste forms, without letting it become warm. With the motor running, add the combined cream and cayenne a little at a time, scraping the sides of the bowl occasionally, until light and fluffy. Transfer to a bowl, cover and chill until ready to serve.
Toss the salad with olive oil and lemon juice. Season to taste.
Place a large spoonful of mousse onto each serving plate. Serve with a little salad, a lemon wedge and melba toast.

Melba Toast.
Preheat oven to

Chop green onions finely. Mix with salad dressing and bacon bits until you like the consistency. Spread on Melba toast crackers and top with sliced cherry tomato.
Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. Wash chicken and pat dry. Line a sheet pan with foil and place a wire rack over it.
Drizzle oil over Melba crumbs, toss to coat and set aside.
In a shallow dish or pie plate, mix eggs, mustard, thyme, salt, pepper, oregano and garlic powder.
Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture and then roll in crumbs pressing to coat. Place on rack and bake for 40 minutes or till juices run clear. Allow to sit for 5 minutes and serve.

Place the Melba toast, thyme, rosemary, oregano, garlic powder
Beat cheese, cream cheese, brandy and hot pepper sauce together until creamy. Season. Shape into a log then roll in herbs and nuts to coat. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 1 hour, or until firm. Serve with melba toast.
Meatballs: In a small bowl, combine first 9 ingredients (ground chicken, minced onion, garlic, sage, marjoram, thyme, onion powder, garlic powder and Melba toast crumbs). Form into small meatballs (about 6).
Broth: In a pot, combine broth, garlic and remaining spices (bay leaf, cayenne, salt, pepper). Bring to a boil.
Add meatballs to the broth, reduce heat, cover and cook for 30 minutes, until meatballs are cooked through. Add celery the last 5-10 minutes of cooking.
Add apple cider vinegar just before serving.
Flake salmon and mix gently in a bowl with sour cream. Add half of parsley, garlic, lemon juice, and Tabasco, and season to taste. Chill until ready to serve.
Serve sprinkled with remaining parsley and black olives, if using, along with lemon wedges, melba toast and crisp lebanese bread.
In a food processor, combine avocado, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Process until smooth. Add mayonnaise and process until well combined. Fold in chives and Tabasco sauce.
Combine 1/4 cup avocado mixture with bloomed gelatin and gently heat until melted. Fold back into remaining avocado mixture. Season.
Distribute mousse between 6 slightly wet 4.25 oz molds. Chill for 3 hours, until set. When ready to serve, invert onto serving plates. Serve with Melba Toast.
