Tuna Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna, packed in water (makes 8 oz. tuna drained)
1 small onion, grated
1 small apple, grated
8 oz. no-fat cottage cheese
1 Hi-Energy Vanilla Supplement
8 slices Melba toast (any flavor), ground into powder
Mock Cream Cheese (make up from this recipe book)
Preparation

Drain tuna well and mix with grated onion and apple.
Mix in the Mock Cream Cheese.
Roll tuna mixture in powdered Melba toast. Refrigerate until ready to serve and serve well chilled.
One tuna roll makes 4 servings.
